A Sniper is picking off residents of a block of flats, with a reaction time and accuracy greater than Rifle-Jesus.
The Good:
Some acting.
Cracking central idea.
Camera work and production values.
Genuine sense of being stuck in a helpless situation.
Sheridan Smith's boobs.
The Bad:
The other acting.
A number of hugely unlikely and stupid decisions made by some of the characters.
The impossible level of preparedness the sniper has.
Cushion.
They stay hidden.
Worth seeing, just try and overlook the flaws.

No poster, so there's the title of the film in letters.
