17/02/13 Three O'Clock High (1987)

A tough new kid (played by a man in his mid-twenties) joins a school and gets angry after one of the nerds touches him in the toilets.

Different to most teen films of the '80s as it's filmed fairly straight with excellent camera work and touches of pseudo-noir that creates an oddly flat mood.
