14/05/12 God Bless America (2011)

Having to catch up on the last couple of day's films due to internet problems. With that in mind, onwards:

God Bless America is a flippin' superb film that asks the question 'does the media reflect the decline of society, or does it influence it'?

Strongly satirical, finely acted, very funny, greatly scripted and all round superb! Although the running time could've been cut down by twenty minutes without going off message.

It's written and directed by Bobcat Goldthwaite who (for those of you who aren't annoying young idiots) will be remembered as 'Zed', the screeching, barely coherant odd'un from the fucking excrement Police Academy films.

Highly recomended.
