Mohawk (2017)

In the year 18something some Native Americans get involved in a scuffle with some of the white soldiers, some of the soldiers get killed, so the army sends put a hunting party to capture/kill the natives responsible.

Not much more to it plotwise, but for a low budget effort, it does *make* an effort. There's enough subtlety in the performances to make the characters convincing. The action scenes are good and the underscore of mysticism that becomes increasingly prevalent works well.

I liked it.

The main actress is actually Mohawk, which gives it a little nudge of cool credibility. She also happens to be very attractive and has the surname Horn.
