Looking online, there's two films that share the name. One about a load of tornadoes ripping apart some bumfuck area of America, the other is a film about Winston Churchill during WW2.
My guess is the first.
Although a blend of the two could be better than both. Giant cyclones full of fat wartime leaders.
Well, fucking hell, Sharknado exists, so it's very possible.
