She makes a bollock of it and flips her car, breaking her leg. Help won't be there until the morning, so she has to stay alive and safe from other survivors and a mutant monster which resembles a skinny chap with a funny head.
Some of the acting is pretty terrible though.
Better than my description makes it sound.
"Yeah, can see your problem, love. You've fucked the radiator. You also parked on the roof, you silly sausage."
