American Animals (2018)

A film about a bunch of college students who plan on stealing some expensive books as they want, er, lots of money. Because apparently they deserve it.

The film is a kinda feature/documentary hybrid. As the idea, preparation and execution of the heist take place on screen, the action often cuts to the talking heads of the real life people involved, now much more reflective of their actions than their impulsive, on-screen personas.
It works well, certainly moreso than just a novelty factor inclusion.

Yeah, not too bad at all.
