Well, perhaps. It WAS meant to be spooky though.
The film does have some very good moments and for the most part I enjoyed it, the twist, though... nah. Very feeble conclusion in my humble.

Ghost Stories (2017)
I'd been looking forward to this for ages. I can recall seeing a poster for the original stage play a decade or more ago and thinking it sounds like my sorta thing. Apparently the stage show was so scary, the theatre had to be de-fecalated after every showing and people got so scared they would spoon out their eyes to avoid the terror.
Well, perhaps. It WAS meant to be spooky though.
