2018 Secret In Their Eyes (2015)

This is apparently a pointlessly faithful, yet flat, remake of a superior original.

Not seen the original, so I don't know if it is better.

Murder/investigation/questionable suspects/questionable investigators... all that stuff.

Not bad.
